Prairie Flower on the Oregon Trail.

It's time for another Oregon Trail block!

This one is called Prairie Flower. I had a heap of trouble with this one. Not serious trouble, but it uses a lot of squares sewn on the corners. Let me tell you, whenever I sew squares on and then trim and press them, they're never in a square shape anymore. They're always a little bit angled and too big or small. So I have to do a little bit of loving it into shape when I sew it all together. But it still works. :)

So here's a close-up. As you can see, there's a lot of uneven edges. :) However, I am glad that I was thinking ahead and managed to put the stripe in the petal fabric so that it radiates out on all the blocks. :) Hooray me!
